vivo has introduced a new lower-midrange smartphone in Taiwan today - meet the Y38. There was no announcement or anything like that, the phone was just listed on vivo's official website for Taiwan. We doubt it will only be sold over there, so expect it to make its way to other markets soon. The vivo Y38 comes with a 6.68-inch 720x1612 120 Hz LCD touchscreen, and it's powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset.
