Samsung announces 3nm Exynos W1000 that will power the Galaxy Watch7 Ultra

Today, Samsung announced the Exynos W1000 chipset, which is set to power the upcoming Galaxy Watch7 and Watch7 Ultra. Samsung decided to get this announcement out of the way before the July 10 Unpacked event. The Exynos W1000 is a leap over the 5nm W930, being built on Samsung's latest 3nm GAA process with fan-out panel-level packaging (FOPLP), achieving a small form factor and better heat dissipation.
