Samsung uses MediaTek's Dimensity 9400 to verify its 10.7Gbps LPDDR5X RAM

Samsung unveiled 10.7Gbps LPDDR5X RAM back in April and promised to start mass production in the second half of this year. The new RAM chips just completed an important step towards that goal and successfully completed verification at the advertised 10.7Gbps speed, the fastest in the industry. This was done in a collaboration between Samsung and MediaTek. The upcoming Dimensity 9400 was hooked up to 16GB of the new LPDDR5X RAM and this was used as a test bench for the new chips.
